Section 26 Mid. Fuselage Ribs and Bottom Skins. Page 26-5 Steps 1... 4 …. Step 1, I final drilled the #30 holes in the Inboard Rib Subassembly to the Rear Spar Bulkhead Assembly as shown in figure 2. Step 2, Un-clecoed the Outboard Seat Rib Assembly from the Rear Spar Bulkhead Assembly Then attached this flange to the Rear Spar Bulkhead are AN426AD4 that are flush on the AFT side of the rear spar UNDERNEATH the F-1005C-L-R Bulkhead Side Chanel. Step 3, I created the Seat Belt Attachment Lugs from a F-1017C to make four Left and Right F-1007C L/R that will attach to the F-1017 Seat Belt Attachment Ribs, as show in Figure 1. Time about 3 hours.
