Brief Description: Empennage Attachment Section 11-5

09/10/2008 ….. Checked the measurement of the Horizontal Stabilizer to insure that it is square. Step 2, The measurement was 94 3/8 and 94 ¼ with a little (very small 1/8 “ ) adjustment the results were perfect. Added the hardware as described in Step 3 and ten match and final drilled the rear spar doublers of the Vertical Stabilizer to the Aft Bulk Head Assembly as called out in Step 5. Time about 2 hours.
