Brief Description: Empennage Attachment Section 11-04, Steps 1 to 4.

09/09/2008 …… Created the shims as described and completed steps 1 to 4 as described by the text and illustrations. Attached the Vertical Stab Front Attach Bracket VS-1016 to the Horizontal Stabilizer HS-1002 as shown in Figure 1. Created the four shims as shown in Figure 2 and then attached the shims to the HS-1008, flipped the assembly over and then drilled #12 holes into the F1011C Bulkhead Horns from the back of the Horizontal Stabilizer Spar. Time about 2 hour.
