Brief Description: Empennage Attachment Section 11-3

09/07/2008 …. Shaved the E-Drill Bushing found in the kit slightly with a fine file to have the desired 1/4” O.D. in order to fit into the VA-146 bushing. Then match drilled the Elevator Horn WD-605-L with a #19 (not #17) drill with the Elevator in the Normal Trailing position. Repeated the procedure with the Right Elevator. Then completed Steps 6 to 12 on page 11-3. Time about 3 hours.
