Section OP37- RV-10 WIRING HARNESS Page OP37-6 Steps 1 to 4
Step 1, Added a nutplate K1000-08, to the wire cover assembly.
Step 2, Carefully measured and ten drill tow ¾” holes in the F-1002-L Fwd Fuse Bulkhead and placed two SB750-10 Bushings.
Step 3, Measured for match-drilling a set of #40 holes in the side of the F-1069 Fwd Side Skin as shown in figure 3.
Step 4, Final drilled the F-1016H Guide Brackets and bored out to ¾” with a uni-bit the two Guide Brackets, primed and added two SB750-10 Bushings.
