Section OP37- RV-10 WIRING HARNESS Page OP37-5 Steps 1 to 5 Step 1, Located and debured the F-1011B/A Wire Covers and Clip. Step 2, Clecoed together the two Wire Cover and Clip to create the Wire Cover Assembly and then final drilled the 6X holes with #40 drill bit. Step 3 and 4, Checked the fit of the Wire Cover Assembly and install the assembly in to the aircraft on the left inboard Mid Cabin Cover. Match drilled the assembly to the F-1042-L Bulkhead Side Channel. Step 5, Match drilled with a #19 bit and then counter sunk the F-1042-L Bulkhead Side Channel as shown in figure 4. Time 1 hour
