Section 35 ACCESS COVERS and FLOOR PANELS Page 35-4 Steps 1 to 6
Step 1, After finding the F-1025-R/L Rear Seat Covers I Final Drilled #19 all the screw holes.
Step 2, Removed the alodine, deburred the edges and primed with DTM primer then dimpled the three screw holes in the fwd flange.
Step 3, Installed the cover with the recommended screws and clecos .
Step 4, I Match-Drilled first #30 and then #19 the screw holes in the upper flange of the F-1025-R/L Rear Seat Cover Panel into the F-1013-R/L Fwd Fuselage Longeron.
Step 5, I already accomplished this.
Step 6, I am currently out of K1000-08 nutplates so this step will have to wait until next week until I have the necessary parts.
Time only about 1 hour.
