Section 35 ACCESS COVERS and FLOOR PANELS Page 35-5 Steps 1 to 7 Step 1, I clecoed the F-1051C Aft Fuselage Tunnel Cover and the F-1051G Splice Plate together. Step 2, I Final Drilled the #40 holes in common with the two parts. Then I Final-Drilled #19 all the holes. Step 3, Then I debured, removed the alodine, cleaned with Acetone and primed with DTM primer the parts. And dimpled for a #8 screw the #19 holes. Step 4, riveted the K1100-08 nutplates and the F-1051G Splice Plate to the F-1051C Aft Fuselage Tunnel Cover using AN426AD3-3.5. Step 5, Now moving onto the F-1051A Fwd Fuselage Tunnel Cover I final –Drilled #19 all the holes . Step 6, Then I debured, removed the alodine, cleaned with Acetone and primed with DTM primer the F-1051A Fwd Fuselage Tunnel Cover and the VA-178D Detent Plate. Then I dimpled al the #19 holes for #8 screws. Step 7, I Final-Drilled #40 the holes in common with the F-1051A Fwd Fuselage Tunnel Cover and the VA-178D Detent Plate. I machine counter sunk for AN426AD3-4 rivets the top of the VA-178D Detent Plate and riveted. Time about 1hours.
