Section 29, FUSELAGE SIDE SKINS …. Pages 29-16, Steps 1 to 8 Step 1, I created the Bucking Bar as explained in Figure 1. Step 2, I riveted the F-1034B Seat Back Brace to the F-1034C-R Fuse Bulkhead and then riveted the F-1034E Seat Back Gusset F-1046-L/R Mid Fuse Longeron and the F-10102B –A Baggage Door Seal Angle. Step 3, Riveted the F-1046 _/R Mid Fuse Longeron to the F-1005E L/R Gusset. Step 4, First cleco all the F-1002 Fwd Fuselage Bulkheads, F-1041 and F-1040 Lower and Upper Fuse Channels and the F-1042 R /L Gussets to the fuselage. Step 5, I riveted both the F-1040 Upper and Lower F-1041 Fuse Longerons to the F-1001B Firewall Upper Angle and the WD-1002 Upper Firewall Brackets. Step 6, I riveted the F-1013 Fwd Fuse Longerons to the forward F-1001J Longeron Gusset. Step 7, I riveted the F-1042E Gussets to the F-1042 Bulkhead Side Channels and the F-1040Upper Fuse Channels. Step 8, Riveted the lower tab on the F-1002 Fwd Fuselage Bulkhead to the upper flange of the F-1041 Lower Fuse Channel. I have decided to delay this step until I have clecoed the dimpled skins.
Time about 5 hours ...... Also I removed the old primer and epoxie paint that was too low of a heat rating and decied to go with the nude stainless steel look, add another 2 hours for this mistake.
