Section 29, FUSELAGE SIDE SKINS …. Pages 29-15, Steps 1 to 5
Step 1, I dimpled the Firewall Bulkhead F-1001A, F-1002-L/R FWd Fuselage Bulkheads and the F-1088 L/R Fwd Fuse Ribs holes that are in common with the F-1069 Side Skins. I dimpled the holes in the F-1015B Foot Well Intercostals, F-1015F Spacers, F-1034C Fuselage Bulkheads, F-1023 Baggage Floor Angles, F-10100A and the F-10101 Baggage Door Shims.
Step 2, Dimpled all 4 skins except were not called out for as seen in figure 1. On Page 29-15.
Step 3, I previously removed the Baggage Door from the F-1070 Left Side Skin using a set of tin snips.
Step 4, I think that I should enlarge and place in a bushing the Wing Wire location.
Step 5, I removed all the “shinny” surfaces of the four skins by means of a scotch sand paper and then Deburred and primmer coated.
Time about 5 hours.
