Section 29, FUSELAGE SIDE SKINS …. Pages 29-9, Steps 1 to 5 Step 1, Placed the tow side skins F-1070 L and R back onto the fuselage body. It took a little while to make sure I had the fit 100% correct but after about 30 minutes I was satisfied with what I had accomplished. Step 2, Now I final drilled #40 all the 3/32” and #30 the 1/8” holes in common of the F-1070 L/R Mid Side Skin panels with the fuselage body. Step 3, Added the already created F-1046 R Mid Fuselage Longeron on the F-1005E-R Gusset as shown in figure 2 and Match Drilled #30 the holes in common. Step 4, I Match Drilled with #40 all the holes in common of the F-1046 L/R Mid Fuselage Longerons and F-1070 L/R Mid Side Skin panels with the fuselage body. The moved on to the F-1013 L/R Forward Fuselage Longerons with the corresponding holes of the F-1070 L/R Mid Side Skin panels with the fuselage body. Step 5, trimmed up the forward and aft ends of the F-1013 L/R Forward Fuselage Longerons to fit correctly. Time about 3 hours.
