Section 29, FUSELAGE SIDE SKINS …. Pages 29-7, Steps 1 to 3 Step 1, I clecoed the F-1046-R Mid Fuselage Longeron, F1034B Seat Back Brace, F-1034C-R Fuselage Bulkhead and F-2034E Seat Back Brace Gusset together as shown in figure 1. Then Final Drill all #30 holes in common. Step 2, Final Drilled #19 screw holes in the lower Flange of the F-1015C-L/R Mid Cabin Decks. Then I machine counter sunk with a #8 screw counter sink the same holes. Step 3, Clecoed the F-1015C-R Mid-Cabin Deck into the Foot Well Rib Intercostals Fuselage Longeron to the mid cabin deck as shown in figure1. After clecoing the F-1013-L Forward Fuselage Longeron to the mid cabin deck I final drilled #40 the holes in common between all parts in common. This is where I used some C-Clamps and Vice gripes to aligning the outer edge of the F-1015C-R Mid-Cabin Deck to that of the of F-1013-L Forward Fuselage Longeron. This insures a very nice close tolerance fit. Then I repeated this for the Left Side of the X-10 aircraft. Time about 2 hour because of the extra time for prefect alignment the edges of the F-1013-L Forward Fuselage Longeron.
