The smaller of the two main top skins were riveted on (along with doubler plate). A first occurred today - the wife helped rivet. You really need a partner for the skins (one riveting one side, the other bucking on the inside) - while I was not happy teaching someone how to rivet on upper wing skins, she did the job perfectly.
