Final assembly of HID bulb, then started plexi lens cut out. Applied protective blue masking tape, traced opening amd made oversize cut line, then cut out plexi on bandsaw with a fine tooth metal cutting blade (24 tpi). Used belt/disc bench sander to clean up to line, then sanding with finer grit. The last two pics were part of what was done 5?26, but were added here as I only can post three pics/log entry. Important - use dull bit or plexi bits as I did to prevent cracking of the lens. Also, cut slowly. Third pic shows lens countersunk, brackets added with double sided tape.
