Made the aileron hinge brackets (2) and attached them to the rear spar. Had a problem with the outboard one, as there was interference with the vertical jig attachment holes that I drilled a while back. Holes 2 and 4 in pic one would have been too close to the big holes seen in pic 2, so I relocated new holes and riveted them, but these are marginal in that they don't conform to the 3 X rivet diameter distance between holes as per the AC 43.13-1B -2A Acceptable Methods of Aircraft Repair. I have posted pics and solicited advice from VAF, and will likely drill out the outer bracket, order a new one and attach to the rib with a doubler on the inside. The inner bracket is in pic 3 and came out well.
