Each side of the wing torsion box has two skins, with a doubler plate added to the upper near the wing root to withstand walking on the wing here. I prepared the doubler plate by drilling all holes out after matching to the overlying skin, then attached to the W-902 skin and frame, then added the outboard skin. All was clecoed. I did release the lower spar clamps to release any stress from the skins squaring the frame, then reclamped.
