Brief Description:  Finished wing jig

Finished jig, hung skeleton. I will hold the wing with clamps. I re-leveled the spar with the SmartTool, then tensioned fishing line along the spar holes. Sag in the whole frame was taken out with the center support under the rear spar. A support block to the floor has been added in case the main beam sags from the increasing wing weight as parts are added (in pic 1, the center support is attached to the beam only, not the floor). In pic 3, I remove any twist by measuring the distance to the rear spar from a plumb line hung from the front (upper) spar. I clamped the rear spar to adjoining brackets - now the whole wing skeleton is secured at 4 points, perfectly straight without twist. After attaching skins, but before drilling, I will rechceck all measurements.
