Brief Description:  rudder sleleton and skin deburring, dimpling

Deburred all parts, and started dimpling the ribs and skins. One hang-up was how to dimple the last few holes in the tapering upper rib tip - the flanges are only a 1/4 inch apart as seen in the pic. I couldn't get any dies in there. One option is to fabricate some 1/4" steel and countersink a hole to the same degree as the male die, then strike the male die on the outside with the plate inside. Nahh, pain in the ass. So I spread the flange a little with the seamer plier, and squeezed Avery's vice grip dimpler in there. I re-straightened the flange with a satisfied smirke.
