Brief Description: Struggled with left & right baffle floors
We fit the angle at the back of the left baffle floor and then began to try to mate the front of both the left and right baffle floors to the air inlets using the bend lines in the plans and could not get a match. In Image #1 you can see even with the weight of the tin snips the inboard side of the floor is still too high. After looking at some web sites, it looks like the bend lines in the plans are not correct. We will study the web closely over the weekend and try rebending on Monday!
