Today was at or near the temp century mark so we could not work too long without a break. We mounted the fuel line from the mechanical fuel pump to the carb and pressure sensor (see Image #1) In Image #2, you can see the red heat shielded line to the left side of the carb. If you look closely you can also see a shield on the exhaust directly below the fuel line. We then mounted the brackets for the exhaust hangers and the bracket for the throttle and mixture controls. To mount this we had to take the carb off and reattach it after the bracket. This bracket which has lightening holes can be seen in the background of Image #3 and also one of the exhaust hanger brackets in the lower left corner of the foreground.
