I am really tense about working on this canopy. There seems to be so many traps. I snapped at Claude today in a way that was totally unwarranted. I later apologized but I am still embarrassed. I will be SO glad when we finish. We got the replacement inside side canopy skirt from Van's yesterday and so today we finished up the right side skirts and brace. We dimpled and drilled all the aluminum and enlarged the holes in the plexi to 5/32" using the plexi drill. When I countersunk the side canopy frame for the pop rivets the hole enlarged because the frame was thinner than I thought. We will have to use #4 pop rivets instead of #3. I think that the larger/longer rivet will actually work better. Tomorrow, we now will screw the canopy to the side skirts and then begin on the rear skirt.
