Brief Description: Canopy block and clip drilled & installed
We rechecked our angles and then set up the drill press and the vise to align with the rail and the spike and drilled the nylon block to these angles. We then inserted the blocks in the clips and when we were assured everything was aligned, we drilled the blocks and clips. There was some binding of the spike in the block that was relieved by slightly enlarging the holes. I had a "honey do" at home so we rode our bikes, quit early, and will do a little more work in getting the canopy to slide easier tomorrow. Next on the agenda are the skirts.
