Brief Description: Final fitting wind screen-drilled rollers to frnt.
We put the wind screen back on the deck and decided that we would get a better match between screen and canopy if we trimmed more of the excess on the side of the screen. This did help a great deal but we were still approximately 3/16" low so we took the canopy off and shortened the right side of the bow by approx. 1/8". I used the cutoff wheel to do this and it worked great, giving us a good clean and square cut. This brought us level in the center and all the way on the left but we will still need to use a couple of washer spacers on the right side. We then checked our fit in the rear and when we had it OK, we drilled the rear slider track to full size and bolted it down. See Image #1. We then made sure that we had the rollers parallel in the track and then we clamped and drilled them with the angle drill. See Image #2. Now the canopy slides back with very little effort! Tomorrow we will drill the wind screen to the roll bar using a couple of washers for spacers where needed.
