Brief Description: Shortened front canopy bow-countersunk canopy
We removed 3/16" from the front canopy frame post to make the canopy and the wind screen closer to the same height. See Image #1. We made the initial cut on the wind screen and I think that with some spacers on the screen the 2 should match fairly well. We then set our microstop and countersunk all the canopy holes we had drilled earlier. We had trouble with the microstop from Avery. It just didn't do a uniform job so we changed to one from Isham's. This was better. See Image #2. We fit and assembled the canopy handle. See Image #3. The 5/32" plexi drill came in from ACS about 1 o'clock so we practiced on scrap plexi and I feel tomorrow, I can go ahead and enlarge all the holes.
