Brief Description: Started riveting "forward" aft skin
We had reamed, dimpled and primed the "forward" aft skin many months ago but did not rivet on until we finished with the wiring etc. back there. With all wiring finished, ELT, strobes, and magnetometer installed, we began the task of riveting the skin on. Surprisingly, when I sat on the baggage floor and stretched my feet out into the rear fuse, bucking was not too difficult and Claude did an excellent job of handling the rivet gun. We got to the bulkhead and stopped. We will continue tomorrow.
