We installed nut plates and finished riveting the supports on the battery box. Then we cut lightening holes in it, primed, and painted it with hammered silver paint. We mounted it and the solenoids (relays) and cut the copper connector and installed it between the 2 relays (see Image #2). We then drilled out some rivets and installed the gascolator doubler and drilled the holes in assembly for I don't know how many rivets. See Image #1. We will do some countersinking and riveting tomorrow........ Bruce Sacks from Perry down to see us today in his RV 9. It has been painted in military colors since we saw it last summer and it looks great. We all went out to eat and then he took off, did a fly-by and headed back home. I tell you what, these RVs look great flying. I can't wait to fly mine!
