Brief Description: Fabrication of fuel line to aux pump a fiasco
We started on the fuel line from selector to auxiliary fuel pump. The fuel pump had to be mounted at an angle and within a couple of inches from the floor. Our tube bender and flare maker could not make this bend and flare. You can see from the Image #1 that we tried and tried to make this bend to no avail. The tube bender that I had had a large radius and just would not work! I went to NAPA and got another bender and will try later. As you can see we will also have to order some more 3/8 inch aluminum tubing.
