Brief Description: Tried to figure out how the pitot tube woud mount
We have recieved the Gretz heated pitot mount but haven't received the pitot tube itself. Since we are nearing closing the wing and had otherwise finished the wiring of the wings, we should begin work on the mount. However, reading the instructions were not very helpful and we couldn't decide which bay to mount the tube in. We even had Kieth Thompson, A&P mech., come down and help us but we still were unsure. We decided that we had better do some more research on the web before commiting ourselves. The images below show how others have done it. They look good! I hope we can do as well!
