Sanded the vid fill area and prepared to fiberglass the area. Many layers go into this lay up and many special shaped curved pieces are cut out as well as a bunch of straight pieces. First layer was applied with a thickened mixture along with the black pigment to fill any voids remaining after sanding. The remaining layers are put down with the epoxy without thickener or pigment. Once it's all down, you can check the requaired shape with a tool you make. Once shape is good, apply a layer of peel ply and you are done except for a lot more sanding and final filling before primer and paint.
