Installed the flap mechanism. This went smoothly except for an error I made earlier. Apparently I attached the center UHMW blocks to the wrong ribs, these should be attached to the ends outside the fuselage (done correctly) and to the outboard faces of the center tunner ribs. For some reason I attached them to the next to center ribs but it was not too much effort to move them to the correct location. From then on it was straight forward and the mechanism moves freely with no binding. I attached a 12v source and confirmed the motor is working both directions and moves freely. All nuts have torque seal and the safety wire is installed and it's ready to operation now.
