Brief Description:  Run brake lines

Installed brake fluid reservoir and ran the brake lines using the Aircraft Specialty lines and elbows. reservour installes easily except the mounting holes pn the part do not line up perfectly with the installed nut plates. The instructions already note this and call for elongating the holes slightly to fit. No big deal and then it installs with AN3 bolts and Pro Seal around the flange thet protrudes through the firewall. Next, the brake lines get installed which is very straight forward. You only need to make the pass through holes slightly larger to accommodate the fact the these hoses already have the end connectors attached but this process goes quickly. The only issue is the 2 sets of small holes running through the main spar. These run together if you make them 1/2" each and that is what I did was run them together to make a single 3/4" hole and snap bushing. I can't imagine one single hole would be any weaker than 2 smaller holes which already are almost touching from the factory. The factory holes work with the plastic tubing the provide but no room for using anything else so they must be modified. Started gathering the parts to install the flap drive mechanism next...
