Step 25 - Using the dimensions showing in SEC D-D I marked and drilled attach holes for the HS-405 rib. These go through the HS-710 and HS-714 reinforcement angles, so you have to make sure there will be enough edge clearance on those angles when drilled through (done later). You can see I adjusted from my measurements a little to get straighter line of holes - picture 1.(Starting the LEFT horizontal stab - these steps will be repeated for the RIGHT horizontal stab).Step 26 - Cleco'ed all of the ribs and spars together, except the HS-405 we just drilled and HS-404 (inboard front nose rib).
