Step 23 - Here we prepare all of the horizontal stabilizers internal ribs. They need to be fluted (except the HS404 and HS405!!) and deburred. Fluting is done to make the rib straight and lay flat on the table. Using fluting pliers puts little bends in the flanges of the rib, which takes the twist out of the part. Fluting wasn't actually that hard on most of the pieces, but it took me awhile to get the HS708 rib nice and flat. Fluting is just one of those things you have to do before you figure out what needs to be done to correct the twists.Step 24 - Mark the ribs that will be on the right and the ribs that will be on the left. One of the easiest steps so far!
