Most of steps 6-13 is drilling the HS-411 hinge brackets, then riveting them together. It's actually kind of a pain in the ass, since only one of the HS-411 brackets is match drilled, you have to clamp it down and drill out the holes. This went ok actually, but I forgot to mark the bearing so I knew how to orient it with the hinge brackets when I put it back together (I ended up priming the bearing, so I took it apart and lost the match drilling). It took awhile to get all the rivets to sit right. From picture 1 you can see it partially riveted together. My compressor was low on air and it was too cold to turn on, so my squeezer couldn't handle completing the -5 rivets. I'll have to wait until a warmer day to finish riveting that one. This is also where I had to skip a step because I didn't have a #12 bit. The bits I'm missing are on order, so as soon as I get those I will catch up on these holes.Steps 12 and 13 have you cleco and match drill the front spar with the reinforcement angle you see in picture 3.
