I gave the layup about 8 hours to cure. At this point it was not full hard. I popped it off the mold and then put it back in place. I removed it early since I figured there was less chance of damage if it had more flex when removed.
Once the layup had more time to cure I started some rough trimming. I also removed the foam and tape from the engine and baffles. Some of the tape didn't want to come off, but overall it wasn't a big deal.
