After reading some posts I decided that i will fill the volume under the intake ramps with foam to prevent cooling air from leaking past the baffle material and behind the ramps. I used some weather seal-foam from lowes. I made some cardboard pieces to contain the foam while it cured. I will trim the foam once it is cured and cover it with couple layers of fiberglass.
