More work on the baffles today. With the cooling air inlet ramps attached to the cowl, I can now contour the forward section of the baffles to match the intake ramps. I used my cheap plastic contour gauge to match the curve of the baffle to the inlet ramp. I then adjusted to get 3/8 - 1/2" gap per the manual.
I also received the 45* fitting for the oil cooler line so the hose clears the oil filter. I installed the new fitting and attached the hose. I would rather have something closer to a 20* fitting, but I can't find one. 0*, 45*, and 90* are the standard fittings available.
