When I got out to the shop today, I aligned the canopy on the fuselage and back-drilled the #30 holes from the deck into the rollbar flange. I then removed the rollbar and drilled the holes to final size using an undersize drill bit and finishing with the reamer.. I used a step-drill to open up the holes in the deck and also finished them with the ream.
