Got some material from Ken to make a new rudder stop since I cut the last one down too far. Cut it out using the old one as a pattern and left plenty of extra material for adjustment. Went through several iterations of mounting the rudder, checking the travel, and removing material from the stop a little at a time. It took several tries to get the angle on the stop to match the aft bulkhead well. As I got close to proper angle, I found I had to bevel the outboard end to miss a rivet head. Slowly worked the stop to almost the proper dimensions.
