With all the edge finishing I had been using fairly small surface sanders and this resulted in a little waviness in the forward edge of canopy. Borrowed a long sanding board from Kevin and used this to smooth out the forward edge as much as I could. This worked well and I went back over the forward edge with the smaller grits to make a nice finished edge. Measured area for Sikaflex to allow about 1 inch for the adhesive. Pulled back and retaped the protective plastic to give a good working area all around the canopy. Used tape to mark the center section and will run a tape line down these marks before scuffing with scotchbrite.
