Used the squeezer to rivet nutplates on the F-7107 and F-7108 ribs and the F-7109 plate to the F-7108A rib. I trimmed the tube for the rudder cables based on advice from Ken on rudder pedal movement.
The plans call for an AN-960-6 washer to be used as a spacer between the F-7108B angle and F-7108A rib to create a gap for the windshield support. I cleco'd up the structure and didn't like the fit. The plans suggest you can use a second washer, but that made the fit too loose. I made a spacer from .025 sheet, double thickness to replace the washer, and extended the end for a single layer to ease the transition from the angle to the rib. Fit of windshield brace seems good with cleco's in every hole.
Marked and drilled mounting holes for brake resevoir and used step drill to make the hole for the pass through fitting.
