I had drilled the holes in the F-793 angles per the dimensions in the plans. I found out that these did not match the pre-drilled holes in the air vents. Made new F-793 angles. Clamped the air vent, SV-2 vent adapter, and F-793 together and match drilled the SV-2 and F-793 using the vent as a guide. Trimmed the corner off of the SV-2 and used that to mark the air vent for trimming. Used a dremel to rough in the cut and smoothed the edge on the belt sander. Cleco'd the assembly together and clamped in place. Used the instrument panel to match drill the third hole. Then marked the centerline and min edge distance on the angle and used the skin to match drill the mounting holes for the F-793. Repeat the process for the other side.
