Since I had the instrument panel blank on I had to cut out some instrument planners from the Dynon catalogue and try them out. Looks pretty cool!
Made the left and right F-7103C per the plans. Marked line for nutplates and used fluting pliers to bend the curve to match the instrument panel. Clamped the parts to the panel and match drilled the mounting holes. Drilled for nutplates. Deburred all holes.
I had previously match drilled the left and right rib to the firewall so I could dimple the firewall before installing. Dimpled the ribs to help with test fitting for forward skin.
