Got angle stock and cut the two F-793 angles to length on the band saw. Did the layout for the holes and curved cut-out. Was able to cut close to the curve with several cuts on the band saw. Used the end of the belt sander to shape the curve to final size. Drilled the mounting holes and deburred.
Cut the F-7108B angle to length with a hand saw. Trimmed to final size with the sander. Did layout for cut at the end, drilled for inside radius and cut angle on the band saw. Cleaned up cuts with files and scotchbrite wheel.
Cut pieces to make F-7103C left and right. Installed instrument panel blank to test fit and use with making the F-7103C's.
