Cut the last seat back angle. Removed plastic and edge finished F-638 seat back braces. Trimmed ends per plans with dremel and filed to final size. Did the layout for the lightening holes, centerpunched and drilled to #40. Used a 2 and 1/8 hole saw to make holes. Edge finished holes and scuffed one support with scotchbrite.
