I marked edge distance on the top flanges of the F-741 supports the made sure all holes had sufficient clearance. Clamped the cover in place and drilled #40 to the forward floor and cleco'd. Drilled cover to supports with #40. Removed cover and drilled up all holes to #30. Disassembled and deburred all holes. Opened hole in forward floor to #19 and drilled holes for nutplate.
Located .063 stock and cut four F-637C angles to length. Cut with hacksaw and cleaned up ends to final size on the belt sander. Located .125 stock and cut 3 of 4 F-637B angles.
