I did the layout for the holes in the F-741 cover, then drilled the holes to #40 on the drill press. Made the bend in the end of the F-741 with the vice.
Marked and drilled one hole in the flange of the cover support angle. Used a scew and nut to secure, then clamped support to the floor and match drilled second hole. Repeat process for other support angle.
