I cleco'd the top of the F-707 bulkhead together and experimented with different sequences to insert clecos with both top skins on. Made progress in getting more clecos in and finally got them all in. Removed forward skin and inserted the F-786A J-stringers and cleco'd the aft skin with a cleco in every hole. Drilled the j-channels to the aft skin.
