Tried to cleco the forward top skin with the j-channels but had issues fitting clecos. Removed j-channels and skin fit better. Drilled forward skin only on the bench. Removed aft skin and deburred holes for j-channel. Reinstalled both skins with j-channels and found fit issues at F-706 bulkhead with the j-channels. J-channels are too long.
