Brief Description: Bus bar conecting the master relay to the starter
The copper bus bar material came in today from Aircraft Spruce yesterday, so I wanted to get this part done and move on. What surprised me was how sticky copper is when you drill it even after using Boelube. It is easy to bend so making the joggles was not a problem. I drilled the top hole fist, made the bend and then marked the bottom hole location. The relays have slots to move the latterly so it is straight forward sliding tem in place after the bus bar is secured to the relays.
